KNM Service Oy

The main objective of KNM Service Oy is to maximize the crude oil production from the oil-bearing formations in severe mining and geological conditions. Our outstanding results are accomplished with our innovative and unique equipment and technology.

KNM Service Oy is a developer of techniques and technology for delicate operating , perforating and dumping of the oil-wells.

We have our own production facilities, research center and test site with a bench well.

KNM Service Oy

Starting from July 2016, we launched a pilot project on the use of our technology and equipment at the low-yield oil wells of the oil company RUSSNEFT. In particular, in the Ulyanovsk region (the Middle Volga river), in the oil fields of the subsidiary company ULYANOVSKNEFT. To date, we have obtained the following results of applying our comprehensive technology to increase oil production:

• 1. Well No. 53 of the SOUTH-FILIPPOVSK deposit - an increase of 45% of the initial for 2 months.
• 2. Well No. 54 of the SOUTH-FILIPPOVSK deposit - an increase of 74% of the initial for 2 months.
• 3. Well No. 32 of the KUDRYASHOVSK deposit - an increase of 12.5% ​​from the initial one for 1 month, taking into account the negative impact of the Support of the Reservoir Pressure system (the pressure in the injection wells decreased within 15 days from 93 bar down to 65 bar)
• 4. We continue to work at well No. 62 KUDRYASHOVSK deposit. Given that the reservoir pressure at the well is about 0 bar, our work for 21 days achieved an increase in production by 8%

KNM Service Oy

In 2010-2011 our Russian subsidiary LLC KNM SERVICE OY “KubanneftemashService” carried out a pilot project by installing our antisand equipment on 5 wells at one of the oilfields of SC “Turkmennebit”(Turkmenistan State Oil Company). The Result: 3 out of 5 wells worked without maintenance for more than 1000 days and the production of wells increased over 100%!

The results of the project on the penetration of antisand systems showed a high efficiency of the KNM Service Oy equipment and technology of special algorithm of operation mode of the wells. The equipment consisted of sand-protected pump, adaptive gas-sand anchor, service bin. The operation mode has being controlled by our engineers. The production process and maintenance schedule were carefully monitored.
